Hellions – OOX Tour Double Pass & Merch Competition

1. Promoter: This competition is promoted by Hellions Music, hereon referred to as "the Promoter".

2. Eligibility:

  • Entry is open to all residents of Australia. Entrants must be over the age of 18.

  • No prior ticket purchase is required to enter this competition.

3. Competition Period:

  • The competition opens on [April 28, 2026] and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on May 5, 2026.

4. How to Enter:

  • This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.

  • Standard Entry: Entrants must comment on the official competition post on Instagram/Facebook with their favourite Opera Oblivia memory or lyric, tag one (1) friend, and state their preferred tour city.

  • Bonus Entry: Entrants can gain one (1) bonus entry by sharing the competition post to their Instagram/Facebook Story and tagging the Promoter's official account (@hellionsmusic).

  • Winners will be judged and selected by the Promoter based on the creativity, originality, and passion of their comment.

5. The Prize:

  • One (1) winner will be selected for each of the following tour cities: Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Sydney, Brisbane, and Gold Coast.

  • Each prize package consists of:

    • One (1) Double Pass (two General Admission tickets) to the specified Hellions show.

    • One (1) $200 Merchandise Credit, redeemable only at the merchandise desk of the specified show.

    • One (1) Signed 'Opera Oblivia' 10th Anniversary Vinyl.

  • Ticket Refund Clause: If a selected winner has already purchased a valid ticket to the specified show prior to the time of winning, the Promoter will refund the face value of one (1) General Admission ticket to the original payment method. The winner will still receive the additional ticket (to make a Double Pass) and the merchandise components of the prize.

6. Prize Redemption:

  • Winners will be contacted via Direct Message on May 6, 2026. Winners must reply within 12 hours to confirm their full name for the door list, or the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

  • The Double Pass will be arranged via the venue door list under the winner's name.

  • The Merch Credit and Vinyl must be collected in person at the merchandise desk at the event. The $200 credit must be used in a single transaction for in-stock items only. No cash change will be given for unspent credit.

7. General Conditions:

  • Prizes are non-transferable and (aside from the specific ticket refund clause mentioned in section 5) cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Instagram/Facebook), X (Twitter) or TikTok. Entrants completely release these platforms from any and all liability in connection with this competition.

8. Travel & Accommodation:

This prize includes event entry and merchandise only. All other costs associated with attending the event—including but not limited to flights, ground travel, accommodation, meals, and beverages—are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest. The Promoter is not liable for any costs incurred by the winner to attend the event.
